Enjoy new "The Ghost of Atlanta" Book Cover!

Enjoy my new book cover for my award winning novel The Ghost of Atlanta! J. E. Thompson’s fourth novel, Ghost of Atlanta, is provocative and mysterious. Mr. Thompson, for the last thirty years, has been a huge William Shakespeare fanatic. Stormy Winds, is Mr. Thompson’s Macbeth. It’s dark and moody like the Shakespearian play Macbeth, but charts a different direction in that it relates a vital message about overcoming life’s problems that threatens to destroy a person’s future. “Stormy Winds explores former Philadelphia sports writer Justin Fleming’s perseverance over destructive themes and events in his life. Mr. Thompson’s five novels allows the reader to experience places that are filled with hopes, dreams, challenges and fears that make us human. The novels that make up the trilogy, the first three books written by Mr. Thompson, are A Brownstone in Brooklyn, Philly Style and Philly Profile and Ghost of Atlanta. Mr. Thompson won the 2011 Readers Favorite National Gold Medal Award in General Fiction for Ghost of Atlanta. Mr. Thompson also received the Georgia Author of the Year nomination for Philly Style and Philly Profile, Ghost of Atlanta and Phantoms of Rockwood from the Georgia Writers Association. Mr. Thompson’s fourth novel, Phantoms of Rockwood, was published in 2013. This was the first book outside the trilogy with Stormy Winds the second. Mr. Thompson is a former Creative Writing/Publishing Instructor at Atlanta’s prestigious Evening at Emory’s Writers Studio.
